These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the Momentum digital course provided by The Confident Voice.

By purchasing and accessing this course, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Momentum

Momentum is a self-paced digital course designed to support confident communication, speaking presence, and ease in high-pressure speaking situations.

Momentum is an educational and personal development programme. It does not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health care.

Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for how you engage with and apply the content.

2. Access to the course

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with instructions to access the Momentum course.

Access is provided immediately after purchase and is for personal use only.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not receive access details, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

3. Payment

Momentum is available as a one-off payment of £123.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
No subscriptions or recurring payments are involved.

4. Refund policy

Momentum is a digital course with instant access.

Because access to the course materials is provided immediately after purchase, all payments are non-refundable.

Please ensure you have read the course description carefully and are happy to proceed before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to purchase, you are encouraged to get in touch.

5. Intellectual property

All materials included in Momentum — including videos, audio recordings, written content, exercises, frameworks, and downloads — are the intellectual property of The Confident Voice.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, copy, or resell any part of the course

  • Reproduce the materials for commercial use

  • Provide access to the course to others

Access is granted to the individual purchaser only.

You agree to engage with the course respectfully and for its intended purpose. Any misuse of the materials may result in access being withdrawn without refund.

7. Visualisations and guided exercises

Momentum includes guided visualisations and reflective exercises.

You agree to engage with these exercises only when you are in a safe, comfortable environment.

You must not take part in visualisations or guided exercises while:

  • Driving

  • Operating machinery

  • Or undertaking any activity that requires your full attention

If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you are encouraged to stop the exercise and ground yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

While every effort is made to deliver Momentum to a high standard, The Confident Voice is not responsible for:

  • How the course content is interpreted or applied

  • Any outcomes resulting from participation in the course

  • Technical issues outside of our control (such as email delivery, internet access, or third-party platforms)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Momentum includes lifetime access to the current version of the course. Course content may be updated or adjusted over time.

These Terms & Conditions may also be updated occasionally. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
