Momentum

Speak clearly and feel calm when it matters.
Momentum is a six-session programme that helps you speak with steadiness in interviews, presentations, and leadership conversations.
Momentum is for women who are brilliant at their work, but notice that confidence doesn’t always land when they’re being watched.
Is this you?

-
your mind goes blank
-
your words come out messier than they sounded in your head
-
you worry you’ll forget something important or freeze when questioned
-
your body feels tight, buzzy, or slightly out of control
Afterwards, you replay it. Not because you did badly, but because it didn’t feel like you.
You know your work. You’re prepared. You’re capable.

And that’s the frustrating part.
You’re confident in so many areas of your life, just not consistently in these moments.
Over time, this doesn’t just affect one interview or presentation. It quietly shapes which opportunities you go for, and which ones you stop reaching for.

Confidence isn’t about...
being brave
or
just backing yourself
pushing through the nerves
or
preparing even more
telling yourself to "be confident" and hoping your body cooperates.
If those things were going to help, they would have by now.

What's actually going on?
High-stakes moments come with evaluation, judgement, and visibility.
Your body reads those as pressure ... sometimes as threat.
When that happens, it’s harder to think clearly, speak freely, or stay present.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your system is trying to protect you.
Momentum is built around this reality.
This isn’t about learning to say different things. It’s about changing what your body believes is possible when you speak.
When your body no longer reads these moments as a threat, you:

-
think more clearly
-
explain yourself more easily
-
come across as grounded and credible
...not because you’re trying harder, but because
you’re no longer fighting yourself.
What is the Momentum Programme?

~ Momentum Programme is a short, practical course designed with momentum in mind, especially in the lead-up to something that matters.

An interview.
A presentation.
A meeting you know is coming.
Momentum works best in short, consistent sessions. Many people choose to:
-
move through the sessions daily in the days leading up to an event, or
-
space them out every other day as they prepare.
Each session takes around 12 minutes, with optional journaling prompts to help you focus or reflect on what you notice. That short, consistent structure is intentional. It means you can build steadiness without overwhelm, and use the tools in real time, not just understand them intellectually.
The aim isn’t to cram or fix anything. It’s to build familiarity and steadiness over time, so when the moment arrives, your body and voice feel more supported.

There’s no single “right” way to use Momentum.
You can move through the programme at your own pace and return to sessions whenever you need them.
This isn’t about eliminating nerves or guaranteeing
you’ll never wobble.
It’s about feeling more grounded,
more available, and
more yourself
when it
counts.

What Momentum helps with.
Momentum is designed to help you:

Feel steadier before interviews, presentations, and meetings
so you can use a grounding tool on the commute and walk in without the red face, racing heart, or voice wobble taking over.

Stay more present while you’re speaking
so you’re responding in the moment, not monitoring yourself or worrying how you sound.

Recover more quickly if your mind wobbles
so one shaky answer doesn’t spiral into self-criticism or knock your confidence for the rest of the conversation.

Trust your voice instead of controlling it
so you sound clear, human, and credible, not rehearsed or apologetic.

Walk away without the same level of replay or self-criticism
so the moment doesn’t follow you home or undermine your belief in yourself.
Momentum works on the conversation happening inside you, so it stops undermining the one you’re having out loud.
Many people notice that when they stop fighting the experience, confidence has more space to show up.

-
perfect performances
-
total calm
-
or that you’ll never feel nervous again.
What this programme isn’t
Momentum doesn’t promise:

It offers something more realistic ... and more sustainable.
Practical tools to feel steadier under pressure, reconnect with self-belief,
and focus on what you want to say.
What becomes possible.
Momentum is about creating meaningful shifts that change
how you meet moments of pressure.
As you move through the programme, you may notice that when you walk into rooms:

-
your body feels steadier, not braced
-
the familiar sense of dread is quieter, or passes more quickly
-
your voice feels more available ... more genuinely yours
-
you’re less busy monitoring how you’re coming across
You might still feel nerves, but they don’t take over in the same way.
Instead of performing confidence, you’re more able to:

-
stay connected to yourself
-
respond rather than freeze
-
speak from where you actually are, without the same level of overthinking

Sometimes there’s even a flicker of excitement - not because the stakes disappear, but because you’re no longer fighting yourself.

For many people, this shows up as speaking more clearly in interviews, contributing more confidently in leadership spaces, and feeling more available for opportunities they used to quietly avoid.
Not louder. Not different. Just more you.
How this programme
has been shaped.
Momentum is shaped by a blend of lived experience and practical work.
I’ve spent over 20 years helping people step into moments of visibility; on stage, in rehearsal rooms, classrooms, and high-pressure professional spaces.

Some of what you’ll encounter comes from:
-
performance-based exercises that helped me work through stage fright
-
tools I’ve used repeatedly with clients preparing for interviews and presentations
-
approaches drawn from the performing arts that build familiarity, safety, and presence ... not performance
Everything in Momentum has been chosen because
it’s ...
 doable,
grounding,
and works
... with real people in real situations.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about supporting the version of you that already knows how to speak, and helping her feel safe enough to do it.
